About this house rental
The Little Dolphin has been our vacation home for many happy years and we are now sharing it with verified guests...recently remodeled- with a spacious front porch, outdoor shower house, patio area with table and 4 chairs and a state park grill adjacent. Cottage has all electric heating, cooling, cooking and hot water-this uber cool and welcoming space is perfect for small families (please note the house has SOME childproofing (cordless blinds in bedrooms, outlet covers and an anti tip bracket on stove) but may not be safe/suitable for your small children and infants), friends or business travelers. Internet and 2 smart tv's provided but not guaranteed Netflix and Amazon prime provided- but bring your codes for LiveTV and other apps) Crisp, clean and comfortable beds, sheets, towels and mattresses in a quiet secluded old Florida neighborhood (combination of full time residents, vacationers) will make you happy . On most nights you can hear the Gulf of Mexico from the front porch. The master bedroom has a king, the second bedroom two twins and the living room a queen sleeper sofa. Hypo allergenic floors (tile) and mattress protectors. Starter paper towels and toilet tissue provided. Shampoo , conditioner and liquid soap available from the wall mounted dispenser in the shower. The galley kitchen has a convection oven, microwave, fridge ,super quiet Bosch dishwasher, Keurig (small pods only), drip coffee maker (bring your coffee ), blender, pots , pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, glassware A commercial size washer and dryer is on site (bring your own detergent) . A beach cart with 3 Tommy Bahama chairs and beach toys is provided as well as a wheeled cooler for beach convenience. We also have 3 colorful oversized beach towels are provided in the hallway hutch Owner nearby. note: Sometimes we accept pets- must be small dogs only- less than 20lb and older than a year and not be an aggressive breed- with a maximum of 2- if accepted guest stands subject to additional fees. Rental periods of more than 28 days May be subject to a separate rental agreement/approval/background check. Stays of 28 days or more may require additional background checks. ALLERGY NOTICE- pets may have previously stayed at the property.

The Little Dolphin was a cute cottage with everything you could need. Ours hosts were great at communicating and the cottage was so clean. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bed was comfortable. Short walk to the beach. It was perfect for our quick getaway. Thank you for a great place to stay.

The little dolphin is such a quaint place right near the beach, it’s close to great restaurants and not too far from pier park. I love that the neighborhood was quiet and the folks in that community were soo nice! Would definitely want to stay here again!
