About this house rental
Nestled in the highly-sought-after Las Cabanyes estate, in the hillside of Calonge. This 4 bedroom deluxe home is the perfect holiday getaway, with all the comforts from home, including wi-fi.
It's unique charm will draw you in allowing you to completely unwind so you'll never want to leave.
4 double/queen bedrooms, each with either an ensuite or connected bathrooms. The master bedroom in the rounded tower, overlooks the magical city and sea views of the historic Palamos.
Downstairs, traditional Spanish indoor-dining for 8, guests enjoy the exposed wooden ceiling and modern skylights, with a newly refurbished kitchen area complete with modern-appliances and everything you need to entertain and enjoy.
In the warmer summer months relax outside on the newly built sun-terrace, with full access to the bbq and pizza oven facilities as well as outdoor dining. Take a splash in the terrace pool whilst you absorb the city and sea views of Palamos or, to the right the rolling hinterland of Calonge.
Multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes drive or take a stroll to the old town of Calonge only 25-30 minutes walk away (5 minute drive) and absorb the historic settings, restaurants and Spanish bars.
Select from the many beaches along the coast only 12 minutes drive, choose one to suit your holiday needs - from buzzing restaurant beach strips, family beaches, larger city-style beaches or smaller private beaches along the rocky coast.
For those looking for entertainment there is something for everyone;
- For families you're within 10 minutes drive of all family-fun entertainment from waterparks, putt-putt golf or amusement-parks.
- For some of the most spectacular scenery in Spain, take long coastal walks along the Costa Brava
- Enjoy many of the traditional or modern wineries through the Emporda wine region.
- And, for golf enthusiasts access some of Spain's most prestigious and idyllic courses from PGA Catalunya, Platja D'Aro and Pals.

Stayed here with 5 other golfers and used the villa as a base for our annual golf trip. We played PGA Catalunya (50 min drive), Pals (20 min drive) and Golf Daro (10 mins drive).
The villa accommodated the 6 of us easily and has a great swimming pool and terrace to relax on after golf. The owner put us in touch with a Chef that came to the villa and cooked us a spectacular authentic Catalan meal one night. The other nights we used the BBQ in the villa and visited a couple of great restaurants in Palamos! Palamos was a real find as it has many great restaurants (with Michelin star) at very affordable prices.
We stayed in September, just out of season, but the weather and golf course condition were superb. Think we will try June next year as well!
