This beach house is very clean and presents exactly as it looks in the pictures. All of the rooms/bedrooms are a good size and our family of five plus our dog were very comfortable. The kitchen has the expected cookware and appliances but there are no leftover spices like you sometimes find in other rentals, so consider packing some if you plan to cook a few meals. Plan on bringing dishwasher tabs, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper if you’re staying for more than a couple days. Lin and Ken are very responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes (my kids are older and can help carry things), but would be doable for younger families with a wagon. I was considering a golf cart rental for the beach, but it wasn’t necessary for us.

We loved this place! It had basically everything we needed and was cozy. Close proximty to the beach and all around a good place to stay with the family!

This beautifully well maintained pet friendly home is the perfect place to stay. We absolutely loved this home and it's close proximity to the beach. The owners are fantastic and will answer any questions you have. Looking forward to staying here again next year.
