With over 380 square feet of interior living space and 10,000 square feet of exterior entertaining space, Villa del Cerro is sure to be a place to have fun or just relax.
Within the lush green mountainous setting you can watch fabulous sunsets and even toucans making their journeys over the trees. On clear days, you can also contemplate the vast Pacific Ocean from any of balconies of the house. The infinity pool and the jacuzzy are overlooking a mix of treetops, plains and colorful hills.
With three bedrooms (all with AC), +4 bathrooms, decks and balconies, this 2 story home provides accommodations for up to eight guests.
It has a contemporary design that fits perfectly into its environment and complements the ground. You will find the comfort, privacy and pampering of a fine home.
The master bedroom with a king size bed is in the upper level of the house and has its private balcony with mountains view. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a bunk bed (accommodates 4 people). A large balcony for lounging in the sunset or relaxing under the vast night sky and stars can also be find in this level of the house.
In the lower level of Villa del Cerro you will find the third bedroom with a full size bed, a comfy living room, the dining room, the kitchen, and several terraces and decks all with panoramic views. The open air living area is perfect for dining or just enjoying the nice Costa Rican weather. The main living room is equipped with comfortable contemporary furnishings and a large TV. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Nuestra estancia en Villa del Cerro fue insuperable! La casa superó nuestras expectativas. Decorada con un gusto exquisito invita al relax y al entretenimiento en la piscina , el jacuzzi... . Los niños tienen un área de juego muy cómoda.
Las vistas son increíbles!
Desde allí pudimos realizar distintas excursiones. La ubicación permite moverse con comodidad y realizar distintos paseos .
