We cant not say enough about our stay! The property is beautiful and although the pictures are great, the backyard and view is more beautiful in person! Everything we needed they provided and even more. From beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen necessities, games, etc. Waking up in the upstairs primary with the water view and trees was wonderful. The home was VERY spacious for a group of 8. HIGHLY recommend this home as a stay. Hostess was very responsive and overall just a great rental!!

Great property and some of the best views we’ve had on any vacation. The house was appointed beautifully and located perfectly to the beach and Sag Harbor.

We had a great stay. Beautiful property, fantastic location on the Bay. Sunsets were spectacular. House had everything we needed and Patti was a very responsive host!

The yard, deck, pool and views (especially at sunset) are tremendous. Perfect for families with kids at all ages. Great base for Sag Harbor or the ocean beaches (not too far away) or just to stay on the property. Only downside is that it takes some time and effort to access to the bay beach. Overall highly recommend.
