Dock details: All boats, trailers & personal watercraft on Bay Point property must be registered with the Bay Point Homeowners Association before launching. Boat slips will be assigned upon completing the registration. Please use only the boat slip assigned to you. All boats & personal watercraft must be secured in a boat slip at night. For safety no boats or watercraft are allowed to be left overnight tied to the day docks for any reason. All boats & watercraft must be secured for the night in the assigned boat slip.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. We stayed at this condo for 7 days during our most recent stay in Whitefish. It was exactly as advertised. The condo was in a great location for us with a view of the lake in a nice quiet area. My favorite part was all the deer roaming about the property! Within walking distance of City Beach and just over the bridge to Downtown Whitefish. All check in details were sent in advance of arriving. (Side note: I suggest taking a snapshot of the door lock code because cell service is a little spotty and until you get on the WiFi it might be difficult to load the door code on your app. ) The condo was clean, WiFi worked seamlessly (we worked in the mornings with no issue), bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything (pots/pans/utensils) we needed to make basic meals, plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again next time we go back. Just a heads up - we stayed in the lower condo and the insulation between floors is not ideal. So if you have active upstairs neighbors, you can hear them walking and moving about. This was not a deal breaker for us as we spent most of our time out hiking and enjoying the town and I think that they did as well, but it is part of the deal and something to note.
