AL hawiyah camp

Staff very friendly and attentive . Room was exceptionally comfortable, mattress very high standard , large bathroom, all works very well. Staff also promptly helped us with all desert needs as well as helping pulling out the car stuck in send. Camp is beautifully located in the middle of dunes where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. I highly recommend this camp for the best desert experience.

Stuff help with everything

Totally secluded, giving you that authentic “middle of nowhere” desert vibe. We were even lucky enough to spot a wild family of dromedaries passing by. Driving through the desert in our 4WD to get there was part of the adventure... such a fun experience! The rooms were spotless, with great air conditioning, lovely décor, and very comfortable beds. The shower had hot water with strong pressure... always a plus in the desert. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style with plenty of options, including good choices for vegetarians. Throughout the day, fruits, dates, water, and tea were always available. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the quad ride through the dunes was an absolute highlight. Highly recommended! Ps. Campamento aislado rodeado de dunas. Habitaciones cómodas. Lugar tranquilo con 10 habitaciones. Todos muy amables. Tienen agua y refrescos siempre a disposición incluidos. Importante: Si no tienes 4x4 tienen que ir a buscarte y te cobran 15 OMR (me resultó un poco caro para los 5 minutos que dura). Todo lo demás inmejorable.

The camp is really nice, comfortable and well located. Ahmed and Mohamed are the best to offer you services and help you for what you need. Dinner and breakfast are delicious. It was a really perfect stay.

Outside the camp there's a bit of garbage but in the next days they will fix the stuff and keep clean.
