Nice apartment, nice hosts, private, clean. Everyone we met there was very nice, which made our stay pleasant.

It's pricey. However, I wouldn't mind the price so much if it had the view from the back of the building.

Shower box (rare to find in Bulgaria!). Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, nice balcony with nice view. Excellent location between the nice village of Shiroka Laka and the Perelik Hut.

The boiler in the bathroom was leaking, and and a pail had been put underneath the boiler to collect the water. We also found that the bathroom door handle did not work well. Most of the mugs were dirty.

We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights in the beginning of May 2021. The apartment is part of a complex situated in the upper part of Stoikite where there are only two other hotels, and it was quiet during our stay. There are plenty of opportunities for casual or more challenging walks in the immediate vicinity, and even more if you have a car at your disposal (as we did) - the location is great. The owner of the apartment and the lady that received us and gave us the key were both very affable and helpful. The apartment was clean and cosy. It is furnished with everything that you'd need (except for a washing machine) and can easily accommodate two couples or a couple with two children. It looks exactly like the photos, maybe even better. Overall, we had a great stay and upon leaving, we were planning our next visit.

The pillows were a bit thicker for our taste. It would be better if there is a pair of thinner pillows, as not every person is comfortable sleeping on thick pillows. The absence of a washing machine in the apartment is not a problem if you're staying for a few days but would be a problem for longer stays. Maybe there is a washing machine somewhere in the complex, we forgot to ask.
