Cannot say enough nice things about our stay.
Very Nice Neighborhood - we stayed for a month. Couple of those weeks my wife stayed by herself. I felt very comfortable leaving my wife alone based upon the location and safety of property
Access to Bend - location, location, location! Access to walking trail on River, walking distance to Old Mill area. Walking distance to Brewery!
Mother in Law Setup - Living Room, small kitchen, full bathroom, full bedroom, full closets, washer/dryer. Very comfortable and plenty of room.
Overall recommend, and will stay again!

We hikes every day and kayaked seven times in the month. It was a great break from the Arizona heat. The host and property were great

What a great place to stay as a newcomer to Bend. So much to do right from our front door. We walk everywhere and love seeing the river every morning. Caitlin was great getting us anything we needed which was especially helpful making Christmas cookies. The neighborhood is nice and quiet at night which we love. For a little place it had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys nature and exercise! Perfect.

The property was just as good in real life as seen on the web site. However the location was even better because late afternoon walks on the river or taking a stroll into Bend became favourite activities.
