I'm so glad I chose to stay at The Great House - I have overlooked this accommodation before as the house looked a bit grey and imposing, but it is actually lovely inside!
The room was spacious and well-appointed, and you can definitely get a sense of the history of the house (wooden beams and lead paned windows). The weather was dull and rainy, but the room was warm and welcoming!
The hostess is lovely and friendly, and she brings great energy to the house.
I did have a car that I managed to park outside the house just off the road - once you are here Llantwit is very walkable.
For UWC Atlantic parents/guardians - it's a 7 min drive from this accommodation to UWC Atlantic College.

Amazing property, fabulous room and welcoming host. Breakfast fantastic. This was a short overnight trip, but will definitely return, for longer in future. .
