About this house rental
We would love to have you come and stay in our lovely beach house!
Enjoy scenic ocean views while you eat in the dining room that seats 10 or the breakfast bar that seats 4. The gourmet kitchen is well appointed with ample supply of dishes, flatware, glassware, cookware, and utensils for your use. It boasts a gas range, double ovens, griddle, dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator. There is also a separate beverage kitchen and refrigerator.
Great wood floors throughout the main level. The living room is amply furnished with comfortable couches, chairs, leather ottomans, and loveseats. There are 2 large flat-screen HDTV, plus 6 more flat screens throughout the house.
The first story features 1 1/2 baths and two rooms other that the uge family room. One room has a queen bed and adjoining bath; plus another room across the entry hall just for Office use and a place to relax. The second story has 2 baths and 3 more bedrooms:( an oceanside room with 1 queen) ; ( another ocean side room with 1 King and a single trundle), and 3rd bedroom (.a queen bed and single trundle ). Plus a BUNK room that is designed for the kids. . All bed linens and bath towels are supplied within your cleaning/ linen fee of $450. This is Ocean/Beach front Huge deck with ample furniture, screened porch with swing bed, loveseat and rockers . Private beach walk over is literally on the beach. Outside showers with hot water. THIS IS FRONT BEACH you walk straight down to the ocean. The waves and ocean sounds are Wonderful.
Stroll to the beach on a private beach walk, and rinse off in one of the two hot-water outside showers. Or, just relax on a large deck, screened porch, and enjoy the hot tub!

Upgrades this year include a brand new front porch a new paver driveway that accommodates 4 cars comfortably with more parking across the street. We added a 7ft. extension across the ocean front deck and views remain phenomenal up and down the ocean front. We have brand new central heat and air units. Plus we continue to update our linens throughout the house. . Brand new hot tub. You should have seen the crane that lifted it over 3 stories to deposit the new hot tub and remove the older hot tub.

This is a wonderful property to stay at for the entire family, Very spacious and an exceptional kitchen. Very well stocked with all of your needs. We did not want to leave. Candace was only a text away with any questions. Would love to stay at Blondie again!

Very spacious house that had easily accommodated our extended family. Well appointed kitchen and bar area with top end appliances. Large deck with comfortable deck chairs and wonderful view of the ocean. Very nice screened in porch and shaded area of the deck for getting out of the sun. Direct access to the beach. Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Would love to stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. The kitchen and kitchenette made meals easy. The house was sparkling clean, the beds comfortable. The 3 1/2 baths were arranged conveniently and sinks for everyone. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. Ocean views and access were exceptional. Porch and deck were great for ocean and star gazing and visiting. Proximity to Center Street made getting out and about easy. We all left happy.
