一日一組 湘南の古民家貸別荘 Traditional Beach Villa, Quiet Seaside Stay, 10min Walk to Beach

今まで色々と貸別荘に泊まっていますが、備品の充実度はトップレベルだと感じました。 特に調味料を置いてくださっていることが、本当に助かりました。道の駅で購入した地元野菜を調理したり、地の卵とお米で卵かけご飯をしたり、贅沢なステイとなりました。 隣ではお茶屋さんをやっているので、休憩にあんみつを食べに行けるのも嬉しいです。 何よりオーナーさんが素敵でホッとします。 車がなくても、茅ヶ崎駅からバスも出ているので行けます。 自転車もお借りできるので、海辺まで行けて気持ち良さそうです。今回は中日が雨でしたが、お庭の紫陽花も映えて、風情がありました。

It was the perfect setup for our family (3A + 2C), offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone to unwind after long days of exploring. The house felt like a true home away from home, and the kids settled in immediately. They even have some toys for the kids. Everything was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need. We loved the location and the overall vibe of the home—it was the perfect home base for our trip. The house has a wonderful, relaxing energy that made our stay incredibly peaceful. What really made our visit special was the incredible host, who was so welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay. If you are looking for a place in the area, look no further. This home is a gem!

What a wonderful house! Everything you need is provided. There is a washing machine and a dryer (ideal for families with kids), a dish washer, great cooking utilities, cosy bedroom, very comfortable bathroom, a nice garden, a swing for the children, Apple TV, and the combination of modern and traditional Japanese features. Everything is provided. Even toys for the children. You can use bicycles to explore the neighbourhood or ride to the station. Our host was very amiable and gave great tips, wanted to arrange New Year’s Eve diner etc… He waited for us at the driveway to welcome us. Location: not far from the beach. Great gateway to nearby towns or day trips to Hakone or Kamakura. There is a big supermarket at approx 700 m where you can buy anything you need. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of convenience stores and some nice restaurants. I really recommend this wonderful beach house.

Nothing. This is just a wonderful holiday stay on a great location with a great host. If you come by train, the station is a little bit far away (approx 2 km) but that is the only downside.
