Beautiful cabin on one of Minnesota's clearest lakes.
Enjoy your summer get away with your own private beach with 2 private docks. We have free use of a canoe, a kayak, 2 paddle boards or you can rent the pontoon for your stay. Extra chairs to sit around a campfire at night.
Lake Shamineau has up to 20 feet of water clarity. Our Cabin is on the mostly undeveloped northern shore. The back of the cabin is protected by 3.5 private acres of woods and trails.

We absolutely loved our time at the lakehouse—it was peaceful, cozy, and just perfect. Waking up in a clean, spacious house, seeing the beautiful view of the lake, it all made us feel relaxed. We absolutely loved soaring across the lake in the pontoon boat, fishing on the two docks, and paddle boarding across the water. It was so nice that we could watch separate movies on the many tvs in the house, use the kayaks and canoes, and use the extra fishing poles. Whether we were fishing, roasting marshmallows by the fire, or just relaxing inside, every moment felt special. It was the kind of place that made us feel instantly at home and already has us dreaming of coming back.

Enjoyed a great week. Cabin was clean and beautiful. Plenty of space for family fun. Stocked with all the kitchen tools needed to prepare our family meals. Loved the games and books available to enjoy during our stay. A wonderful time plenty of room to hike and enjoy the outdoors - we even got a fresh snow to give us a sparkling view of the lake from the big cabin windows. Thank you!

We were there during the coldest week of 2025 so far and stayed warm and cozy doing crafts, playing games, ice fishing, etc! The cabin is lovely, especially the big front room overlooking the lake. We Had excellent communication with our hosts and a couple of minor issues were resolved quickly! We would Definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, clean and well kept property. The cabin is spacious, well equipped and has large windows with beautiful views. There was plenty of room to spread out and the outdoor fire pit was a great place to enjoy a fire. Owners were very helpful, well organized and easy to get a hold of. We would definitely like to come back again.
