The location of this rental is phenomenal for anyone visiting the northeast GA area. Walking distance from restaurants and shopping in downtown Clayton. Also, a short drive to many great outdoor activities and sights to see. The rental is spacious and has a good layout. Where the quality of the stay lacked was the old and worn out furniture and beds. The couch is well beyond its lifespan and has hardly any cushion/support left. The “mattress” for the pullout bed is basically nonexistent and the whole piece needs to be thrown out. The beds are very uncomfortable and also very worn out. They need to be retired as well. If you have back problems be very wary of sleeping here. With a few easy updates from the owner, this place could be amazing. I would not be able to stay here again in its current condition but with new beds, I’ll be back for sure.
