This top-floor island resort studio with elevator access, features a spacious open concept living area and kitchen that is perfect for families, entertaining, or enjoying as a couple!

CONDO FEATURES
Sundial A403 is a 1-bedroom 1-bath studio with direct beachfront sleeping 4 guests. This unit is located in the A building which is the closest to the beach within the resort. Bedroom featuring a king bed and the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, privacy room divider on hand if needed. There is a washer dryer for your convenience as well as an elevator. During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pools, and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts!
Of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away! Additionally, Sundial A403 is equipped with a washer/dryer so you can easily stay for a week, a month, or longer!

We would definitely stay again. The location, the room, the quality, everything was just great. I love how peaceful and not too crowded it was.

Absolutely loved the condo, the view, the beach. First time on Sanibel Island and will definitely go back. Tried to find reasons not to go home!
