Newer Luxury Cabin In Blue Lake Springs

Thank you for your interest in our family cabin. Built in 2007, our spacious 4 bedroom cabin can accommodate large groups and has modern amenities such as HD televisions, satellite TV, smart TV for Netflix login, and WiFi. Each bedroom is equipped with a mobile AC unit.

Arnold is located close to attractions such as Bear Valley Ski Resort, Big Trees State Park, the Stanislaus National Forest, Murphy's historic downtown with many restaurants and winery tasting rooms, caves and caverns from gold country era and all that Calaveras County has to offer.

From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend guests have access to the Blue Lake Springs pool, lakes, and rec center. Guests use the BLS HOA guest card located at the cabin and pay the guest fees at the rec center.

Main Level:

Great Room: A true cabin style great room with arched wooden ceiling, large windows with forest views and a gas stove. There is ample couch space to enjoy the high definition TV with DirecTV, bluray player, and built-in WiFi apps including streaming Netflix.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, and dishes, bowls, and silverware for those large family get-togethers. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen contains a large table with seating for 8. Half bathroom is located off the kitchen and the laundry room is located through the back door entrance.

Master Bedroom: Located on the main level just off the kitchen, the master bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom.

Deck: Large deck is located off the great room through the sliding glass door. Enjoy beautiful views of the Sierra woods as the adjacent lot has not been developed. Great for gatherings, a gas grill is available to enjoy an evening BBQ with family and friends.

Upstairs:

Loft: Open loft area overlooking the great room, contains queen futon that opens to sleep 2. Kids can enjoy smart HD television with DirecTV, streaming Netflix, bluray player, and Nintendo Game Cube video games. Full bathroom and 2 bedrooms located adjacent to the loft.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed plus enough space to set up pack-n-play crib for infants (included and located in closet).

Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds

Lower Level:

Bunk Room: Kids bunk room with dual bunk beds (4 beds). Also contains a futon chair with ottoman that unfolds to sleep an adult or child. Half bathroom attached. TV, smart blu-ray with apps, Xbox-360.

Game Room: Contains pool table.

Warning: The cabin is built on the side of a hill. The driveway is very steep and cannot be used if there is snow on the ground. Without snow, any SUV and cars that are not too low to the ground can navigate it to park in the garage. There is extra parking at the bottom of the driveway there are stairs that run parallel to the driveway. There are also additional stairs from the top of the drive way to the main entrance. This many stairs can be a challenge for older people or people with leg/knee problems. Steep driveways are very common in Arnold and most groups do not have an issue but I want to disclose this so guests are not surprised when they arrive.
