Great location. We loved our stay here. As advertised. We were able to ski up to within maybe 30 steps of the front door. The lift is a short walk down the hill. The property could use a facelift, but we loved it and would highly recommend it.

We had 7 people (extended family) ranging in age from 9-49 staying at the condo. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the property. The location is amazing - half a block walk to Snowflake lift, ski in from the backside on 4 o'clock run and short walk to outdoor hot tub. We had no issues finding parking spots. The decor is a little out of date which we had no problems with. The only issue we had was the water in the upstairs shower was either super hot or cold we could not get anything in the middle. I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this location. It had plenty of space and the location was perfect for easily accessing downtown. Would certainly recommend anyone to stay there for a trip to breckenridge

Communication with the host was great, checkin very easy. However, the Condo itself needs work. There are no ceiling lights so only lamps in bedrooms. Lamp in bunk room did not work at all. Lamp in loft bedroom did not work. One lamp in living room did not work. Bedrooms need more than 1 small lamp, makes rooms too dark. Floor radiators were falling apart in the living room, hanging off the frames. Loft bathroom shower had no water pressure and barley worked. There were warm spots on the floor near the dining room table, so if you have floor radiant heat, it only worked in one spot.
The location was great, had plenty of towels and kitchen ware for what we needed.
