For a seamless check-in experience, reservations must be made directly by the guest staying with us. We are unable to accommodate third-party bookings or reservation transfers. The booking guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Non-compliant reservations may be subject to cancellation without a refund, and individuals not listed on the reservation may be asked to vacate.

Great stay at Joe and Debra's condo. They were incredibly responsive and their instructions were spot on! Their building connects to MGM which makes it easy to get to strip without walking out to roads. It's very convenient to everything. The pool area was clean and all the service was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.

Great communication! Easy checkin and checkout process. Connected to MGM Grand via 5 minute walk. Valet parking is wonderful. Amazing experience all the way around! We will definitely not hesitate to use this rental again!! Highly recommend!

I have to say that that Joe's accommodation in Vegas was wonderful. Much better than a hotel room by far. I loved the spaciousness, the cleanliness ,decor and the view is pretty good. The tower itself is linked to the MGM without all the smoke and hustle and bustle.It was perfect.Little messages from Joe along the way to help with direction and check-in were really nice.I recommend this accommodation to all.
