About this house rental
NOTE: This is a SUNDAY to SUNDAY rental from May to October.
This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cottage was fully restored in the fall of 2018. Fresh paint inside and out, new carpet, roof, well, mattresses and furniture. Remodeled kitchen with new appliances. It was a labor of love. Well maintained and taken care of.
Well stocked kitchen, some board games and all linens provided with the exception of beach towels.
This cottage is super cute and 1 block from the harbor, 2 blocks from the grocery store and Dalwhinnie's Bakery, less than a 10 minute walk to the lighthouse and 1/2 mile from the back beach.
Large master bedroom with private bathroom and private entrance on the main level.
2 bedrooms and a 1/2 bath upstairs.
Large front porch and back deck.. Fire pit in the back yard. Deer and turkey sightings are frequent. Great cottage for families.
1 block from the cottage is a grassy area on the harbor with Adirondack chairs for your use.
Absolutely NO smoking and NO pets. We are very sensitive to smoke and pet hair.
Rentals are for a 3 night minimum from mid- September to October. Beginning in summer of 2020 our May-mid-September rentals will be a minimum of 7 night stays and dates will be from SUNDAY to SUNDAY.
Check in time - Sunday 4 pm
Check out time- following Sunday at 10 am

Another wonderful stay at Fallen Oaks! Beautiful, comfortable home in a great location. It is perfect for our family of 5. We've stayed with kids as young as 4. We're already planning our trip back.

My husband and I have been enjoying our yearly vacations on Beaver Island for the past 50 years with family and friends. This is the first year staying at this cabin and we have already reserved it for next year.
