We stayed here for a work conference at the Anaheim Convention Center and really enjoyed it. The house was super clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of us to relax after long days. Everything was well kept and easy to use, and the location couldn’t have been better. We’d definitely stay here again!

The home is beautiful from the manicured entrance to each designer bathroom! The living area is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home including 2 microwaves. Each of the bedrooms is nicely designed and the house is very clean!! There is plenty of space for a large group and you can easily have two families stay there and be on separate sides of the house. The house is great for adults and children. Everything is on one level so it is great for senior citizens too! The pool area is very nice with plenty of seating! The host, Christi is amazing and is very professional and considerate!! You will love it!

The host was excellent with communication. This pool in the back yard is fantastic. My kids and wife loved it. Downside is you have to pay extra to have it heated. The house is a complete smart house which has its pros and cons. When the system works it's great. When there is a glitch nothing works (i.e. music, shades, TV, and some lights) This happened on the 3rd night for use. I tried to reset the system with the owners help but it didn't work. The house was spotless. The kitchen is great. It is on a semi busy road and at night there some loud cars that can wake you up if you sleep in the front rooms. The back rooms are quiet like a mouse.Disney is a 2 minute drive approx which is a huge plus. There are quite hours after 10pm (city ordinance). You have to either drive down the back alley to park in the designated section or park out front. There is no garage. The place is nicely decorated and very well appointed with all the amenities you need! Its suprisingly large for how it looks from the street. My wife wants to stay here again next year.

This property was beautiful and it worked perfectly for our family’s particular needs. The condition of the house and furnishings is great, the photos are accurate. We had a lot of fun in the pool, it’s a nice size and very clean. We weren’t sure of the layout of the bedrooms in the house before our arrival and were pleasantly surprised. There are 3 bedrooms on the front of house and 3 on the back with the kitchen providing separation. This was nice for our large group of 10 to feel like you had your own smaller space within the house. We also had fun in the games room (the garage had been converted). Basically, there was no shortage of fun at the house on the days we weren’t at Disney. Naively, we had thought we would walk to Disneyland, but after doing it the first morning we switched to driving. It was just a bit too far (took about 30 minutes) for kids and grandparents. Kids got bored with it and the walk home at end of day was tiring. It was only a five minute drive and that ended up being better for our group. Christi was awesome. She was really helpful with specific questions I had before our arrival, so that we could plan for our son’s gf who is quadriplegic with an electric wheelchair (chair is too heavy to lift). We knew that the house was not fully accessible, but with our assistance to her it worked great and I recommend it for families with a similar need. We had rented an accessible van for the week and bought some wood at Home Depot for a makeshift ramp at the front door. Christi was helpful in taking care of the wood after we left. She also sent me extra photos before we came and estimated measurements of the front stair case, etc. Throughout our stay Christi checked in to ensure everything was good for us, this was an extra nice touch. We would 100% stay here again!

The layout of the house was wonderful for our family reunion. The pool and game room were fantastic. Since there was no instruction manual for the house, we found it difficult to turn on the spa and lights. There was a book listing the costs for stains on towels, lost controllers, etc.

The warmed pool was a big hit with the toddler and the jacuzzi was enjoyed by the adults. Water warmed to the perfect temperature. Loved the cleanliness and not once encountered an ick moment. Owner checked in frequently and helped answer questions.

This property was a little on the spendy side, but it accommodated our party of 13 without feeling like we were on top of one another and the features and amenities included are 110% worth the cost. This is a "smart house" so be prepared to have someone that is technologically advanced, but even if you're not, the host is very easily accessible if you have any questions or concerns. The house is close enough to Disney to walk and in a safe neighborhood. Outlet malls less than 15 minutes away, beaches less than 30 minutes away and with good traffic, Universal was less than 45 minutes away. The only pitfall was the noise ordinance mandated by the city (not mandated by the host). Quiet hours are from 10PM - 9AM, but our party was so worn out from our daily adventures, we were all in bed before 10 anyway. 11/10 would stay again!

Christi was a great host - quick at responding to questions we had prior to booking and checked in with us during our stay. She even stopped by with a welcome treat, what a doll! The house was perfect to accommodate our large family, with a fully stocked kitchen filled with cookware and dinnerware, good cold AC, a lot of towels to handle the busy pool traffic. Sonos music was at the touch of your fingers with speakers set up in every room, even the pool deck! Great family room and kitchen that opens up to the pool deck. We didn’t leave the house - too much fun during the day in the pool for ages and at night in the garage, converted to game room, adults enjoyed the pool table and foosball. There’s also a park across the street where the kiddies ventured out for a change of scenery. We were so pleased with the fully furnished house and location...Would love to come back next year if/when Disney opens back up. Thank you Christi!

This property was amazing! Christi was wonderful and so welcoming! She was on site for check-in and we were so glad. She was able to walk us through how to use all of the technology and walk us through the home/answer any questions we had. During our stay, she was always quick to respond to any of our questions and was checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The house itself has so many amazing features that we enjoyed utilizing. We especially loved the pool and outdoor space. My 2 year old daughters loved the water features and spent most of their time in the shallow part of the pool walking around, it was perfect for them. We were very close to Disney and parking was never an issue at this house, if we couldn't find a space on the street (which was rare) we had the use of the 2 spots behind the house. You can tell the owners have a lot of love and pride in this home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay here again! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

The five star reviews for this property are well deserved. The reservation, "checking in" and departure processes are all easy and well handled by the host. On arrival we were greeted by homemade brownies. A lovely touch. A thorough walkthrough of all the amenities and technology was much appreciated. The ability to contact and get prompt responses to questions made everything run smoothly. The home is well cared for and has been recently renovated to a high standard. The furniture and accessories in all the rooms were lovely. The location, while on a busier street, - two dedicated parking spaces are available on the rear access road for the property - was excellent for trips to the park (across the street), grocery stores (many within a mile or so) and of course both the convention center and Disneyland - within a mile. Getting wherever we needed to was a breeze. After a long day out and about coming home to the backyard sanctuary was wonderful. The pool and spa were clean and along with the water jets and mushroom water fountain were much enjoyed by our children ages from 8-16. The game room in the converted garage was a nice addition and I am sure in the summer months having a little respite from the weather would make this a sought after retreat. The two communal areas within the home for TV watching and / or video game playing were also welcome. The house also has a great kitchen for preparing family meals. Although we did not have an opportunity to use the BBQ it looks industrial and so I can imagine it will allow you to serve all the house guests easily. In addition, the indoor-outdoor pass-through with counter seating would make meal times and clean up super easy. Overall I can say that, without a doubt, given the opportunity to rent this wonderful home in the future I would be thrilled to.

Super close drive to the park, the layout was perfect for 2 families. Definitely get the pool heated, it takes a little while to warm up, even in the hot tub. We had 4 adults and 3 boys there (ages 2-4) and it was really comfortable and hope we can come back again!

The house was so perfect for our visit to Disneyland. We had two families occupy the house. The way the rooms were situated and 4 bathrooms made sleep arrangements work great! The house is upgraded with electronic controls as well. The kids had the best time in the pool! We were just over a mile from Disneyland and the grocery store. Postmates also deliver to this neighbor hood so take out was a breeze! Thanks for making our time so enjoyable.

Just concluded a 4 night stay with 3 adults and 6 children aged 11-18. This house has everything to keep all ages happy. There was plenty of room for everyone to spend time together, as well as lots of room to get away for some peace and quiet. There are 3 bedrooms in the front and 3 in the back if you want to separate the late night people or early risers. Everything was very clean and I must say that the kitchen is better equipped than my own kitchen. Disney is a short 8 minute drive away. Christi is fantastic and was immediately available for any questions we had before and during our stay. My only regret is not staying longer.

My company had our corporate retreat at this house. Upon first notification that we were interested, I asked to see the property to make sure it would be suitable for 6 adults. The hosts were very responsive and allowed me to visit the next week. This house is amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. This house has the perfect balance for meetings and fun. Upon arrival the owner (Bryan) was there to greet us and help us with our luggage and groceries. We had a few glitches that were resolved within minutes. The home is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I couldn't have been happier with the choice to stay at this home. Thanks again for having us!

I stayed here with my coworkers during a convention we were attending down the street. From the moment we all walked in, we were completely blown away by every detail - the owners clearly put a lot of care into designing this house and do an incredible job at maintaining it. Christi was an absolutely wonderful host..she was there to show me the house when I arrived, explained everything perfectly and was always quick to respond to my many questions I sent her throughout our stay. With such a large group of people from work, it can be difficult to please everyone...but somehow, this house did it. Can't recommend it enough... though I plan to come back for the same convention next year, so I hope this hidden gem doesn't get too popular!

We enjoyed our Christmas vacation at this lovely home. We had our extended family of 19 all together. It was wonderful to be in one home, so babies could sleep and we could visit. We really enjoyed the pool, and the games room! The home was very clean, and Christie and her husband were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. We had a few questions about the technology, (it is a smart home) they were very quick to respond and help. We didn't walk to Disneyland, we drove and parked. There was a target and a walmart near by where we did our grocery shopping. They had room for parking 5 cars. 3 in front 2 in back, and plenty of extra parking across the street. My family really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated, clean, modern, and techie lovers' home. Christi and Bryan were wonderful hosts. Christi was always very responsive to our inquiries and needs. Bryan gave us a thorough tour of the house when we first arrived. My family, who loves techie things, were impressed at all the little touches that the owners have put into the house. The house is well designed and spacious. The pool/patio area was perfect for relaxation. We can't wait to stay at one of Christi's and Bryan's house again in the future! We highly recommend this home to groups of any size!
