About this cottage rental
Welcome to the Cocoa Cottage, one of the original Milton Hershey homes, built for chocolate factory staff in the late 1920's. The cottage is situated in the heart of downtown Hershey, where on any given day the scent of chocolate fills the air! It is nestled within one block of the Best Restaurants, Cafes, Hershey's Live Theater, Parks, Italian Market and even Zoo America! The Cottage boasts the best seats in town for all fireworks celebrations on New Years Eve and the Fourth of July!
During the summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day your family can enjoy a private salt water in-ground swimming pool, gas grill and deck with a view of Hershey Park's rollercoasters! This house is available year round for a family vacation, reunions or a cozy get-away. Monthly rentals are available if you're here on business or relocating.
Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds with TV/DVD players. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. If you need an additional bed there is a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens, towels and pool towels are provided. All you need to do is pack your suitcase!

The location next to downtown was great for walking to restaurants within blocks. They provided lots of towels, kitchen supplies & it was a very comfortable place.

The house exceeded our expectations, and the location was fantastic. I didn’t realize how close everything was—restaurants and shops were all within walking distance, which made it easy to leave our car parked in the provided spot (a huge bonus!).We were in town for an event at the Giant Center, and it was only about a 10-minute drive depending on traffic, which made everything very convenient and stress-free.The house itself was cute and quaint, and this was my first experience staying in a VRBO—it truly was an A experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

beautiful back porch overlooking the pool! if you like music, you can hear the concerts at hershey park fairly clearly!
