Please read before asking to book. PERFECT LOCATION FOR SNOWMOBILING. LARGE LOT FOR YOUR TRUCKS AND TRAILERS. SNOMOBILE RIGHT OUT THE BACK DOOR AND LOT. THE IRON ORE HERITAGE TRAIL IS THROUGH OUR PROPERTY AND CONNECTS TO ALL THE MAIN SNOWMOBILE TRAILS. Beautiful 4 bedrooms 5 queen size beds, 1 twin 2 bathrooms home. Only steps out the back door to the Iron Ore Heritage Trail. Biking, hiking and Snowmobiling. Out the front door to shopping, restaurants, 1/4 mile to Meijer store and gas station.1 mile to Starbucks. Easy access to the city, right in the middle of everything. Enjoy the large eat-in kitchen or maybe the large deck for dining and grilling out. Bring your bikes or snowmobiles. Let us help arrange rentals. In the Winter we are on the snowmobile trail with plenty of parking for all. Sit around the fire pit roasting marshmallows or playing Croquet or a game of Washers or just relax on the deck sunning. Plenty to do in gathering spaces TV, Games or reading, Easy to find on US 41 and Plenty of parking. Keep in mind this rental has a NO CHILDREN under 13 years of age policy, Maximum amount of people is 8.

Awesome home that accommodated our family very well. Super clean and roomy. Would definitely stay again in the future. Hosts were amazing and available to answer any questions.

Great place to accommodate our group. Plenty of space, very clean and close to the activities that we wanted to do.

We had a nice stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. However, the owners do live in the basement which was not listed anywhere in the listing. We traveled to visit friends that we have not seen in a year and they were in the process of moving so we spent evenings at the rental. With 13 year old boys and us laughing I am sure it was noisy. Had we known we would have probably booked a different place but owners were very nice and ensured we had everything and suggested a few things to do. Property amenities lists Game room but there is not an actual room. There are outside games and a cupboard of board games in the livingroom. It also lists Lake view and there is not a lake view.
