About this apartment rental
We're Accountable 24/7. This condo, however, is not a hotel. We will service immediately whatever needs attention. Our Cancellation Policy Protects both the guest and us. If a guest cancels their reservation outside 60 days, we'll refund their money immediately less $150. If a guest cancels inside 60 days, we'll keep the money you paid but issue a credit to be used in the following 12 months. We have had guests who had unforeseen events happen. These guests have re-booked dates. We only accept check, Wire Transfer or PayPal. Additionally, why can we offer this low rate? We purchased both condos during the darkest days of the credit crisis. Fortunately, due to our cost basis, we're able to pass on the savings to guests. Our mortgage rate is also very low helping defray the high H.O.A., utility and property tax payments. We're repeatedly asked this by potential guests fyi so we felt compelled to post our pricing methodology on VRBO. We don't have to discount below $379+. Our occupancy rate is extremely high. Guests do pay us a lot more for Holiday weeks. We're ACCOUNTABLE 24/7 and will BEND OVER BACKWARDS to make sure your VACATION is everything you hoped it would be. If something unforeseen occurred like the new A/C feezing over, we'll credit you fair compensation.

The Terrace offers quality, privacy, luxury, and a real sense of getting away from it all. Each of the Terrace condominiums is designed to maximize views of the ocean and the historic Hawaiian fishponds that create a lagoon setting.
The on-site recreation pavilion at the Terrace condominiums includes a 22' x 60' swimming pool, spa, sauna, children's pool, gas barbecues and picnic areas. The Mauna Lani Terrace is ideal for all travelers, whether you are seeking a private retreat or a great place for families; the Terrace is a prime location for all your vacation needs.

Enjoy time at the pool while looking at the ocean and beach. We are located close to The Mauna Lani Shopping Center with a full service grocery store. Access to the private beach and restaurant for the homeowners and guests at Mauna Lani. Beach activities include: Stand up paddling, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching; and a sunset sail. We really enjoyed staying in this condo and hope to be back someday! The location is 10 out of 10. Just a 5-minute walk or so to the lovely snorkeling and swimming beach. You'll need to drive to Foodland as it's a good 15-minute walk in the heat! Driving takes about 5 minutes.The condo was very clean and well stocked. And the views were spectacular. Michael was very easy to communicate with. For example, we asked for a kettle and he had one delivered to us, the towel rail was coming out, and he had it fixed straight away. We highly recommend Halani for its fantastic food. The pool was so nice to relax in after spending the morning snorkeling and swimming! They have super comfortable lounge chairs under parasols and the views of the sea and surrounding gardens were fabulous. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. I think the condo complex was built with very thick walls. I'm not surprised that Michael has so many return guests. It's a great place to stay!

We loved our stay. Best location…walked to Mauna Lani hotel for drinks every night and the kids ran wild oh my gosh absolutely it really is like so magic I forgot like I went in the water a minute ago and I was like oh my God I forgot it’s like it literally feels like a bathtub today like amazing you don’t know oh my God that is so cute that you tried on her and that was Olivia has a really big head too. Olivia’s head was like the helmet you know the helmet was growing did you? Did you know a lot of people in common?

Location is perfect! View right from the middle of the pond. Quick walk either way to the Mauna Lani resort or to the pool/beach. Everything was clean with new linens and towels. Really loved the convenience this condo offered. The owner went out of his way to make sure our stay was exceptional! We will be repeat customers!

The location is incredible! You can walk to just about anything you need but it’s really hard to leave. The view from the condo is spectacular with all the vibrant colors of the fish pond, Pacific Ocean, palm trees, and foliage. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the massive lanais. Whether it was enjoying breakfast at the outdoor table, sitting in the rocking chairs just after sunset when the sky is still pink, or lounging off the master bedroom lanai with a glass of wine and watching the stars. Michael was an incredible host. He was able to get us in early so my husband could watch the playoff game and made sure we had everything we could need. The condo is fully stocked with all the essentials plus some extra touches that we really enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we could need to cook and the BBQ area was a great way to grill up some local catch. Michael suggested we try a local fish shop that sold fish fresh off the boat that day. It was a delicious treat! He made numerous other great suggestions that we tried and seemed to really care that we had a great experience. The condo was clean and nice. The furniture and decor is a good mix of Hawaiian design with soft neutrals and pops of color that are tasteful. The pool and BBQ area were a must visit and the beach club is a short walk for some great snorkeling and beautiful white sand beach. Our only regret is that we didn’t book extra time here. We were so blown away that we looked to come back later this year but they’re booked solid. It’s no wonder because we plan to return for years to come. I imagine they get a lot of return customers. I hate to highly recommend it because we want it available next time we come but I have nothing but great things to say. Glowing review!
