Location is key with this place, for sure! It’s a true ski in/ski out place! The host, Heidi, was super responsive and check in and out is super easy. You are within walking distance of everything in Center Village. The porch is an amazing perk, we loved watching the snowcats every night! It’s a tad dated, but so what, it was a good fit for our family, we don’t need fancy. The beds are comfortable and the fact there are two bathrooms was nice. A couple of things are that there were no cleaning products to clean up after yourself (409, Clorox, etc) or extra paper towels so I ended up buying some at the little store. There are not a lot of extra blankets for the pull out bed either, so I would suggest bringing an extra if you’re into lots of blankets. Otherwise, this place is pretty great!

Loved the onsite lift access, ground floor lockers, underground parking, views of half pipe, and Copper Mt trails and conditions. But unit is getting shabby and workmanship on last renovation sorely lacked attention to detail. Chair rail molding is not a suitable substitute for baseboards. Roundover missing, kitchen toekick missing, bare florescent bulb over kitchen sink and smoke detector in kitchen drawer are likely code violations, remove or replace broken towel holder, both hair dryers not working despite resetting GFCI recepticles. Minor additions would go a long way to improving experience: replace frayed pillow sham; provide drink coasters, cozy throws, at least 1 firestarter and firewood; replace blown light bulbs with same brightness as others in fixture; stock kitchen with complete measuring cups and spoons sets including liquid measure, basic bakeware-loaf pan, 8x8, 9x11, lasagne pans (instead of a tube cake pan). Provide a bottle of liquid dish detergent instead of nearly empty refilled "dish soap" label that was foaming hand soap. Time to replace patio chair cushions that are stained. Hot tub access not included and too far away and shallow bathroom tub disappointing. Clean the beautiful west-facing window-doors and provide a bottle of window cleaner with squeegie for guest touch-ups.

Great condo in Copper Mountain Center Village right next to the lift. While one of the older buildings in Copper Mountain, the condo is well maintained and in good condition. Eagle BBQ is located on the first level along with two rental shops. There is both covered and uncovered parking, which was perfect for our high roof van that does not fit in garages. If you are looking for a condo in Copper that puts you in the center of the action, this place is great. The host is very accommodating and responsive. I hope we can stay here again next year.

While the unit was in a GREAT location, it really needs some love and care! The dishwasher wasn't really working well - I had to run everything twice and it still didn't clean very well. The sofa sleeper bed is basically unusable - there are two bars that run across that stick right up. The kitchen was bare minimum - no kettle, not very many pots & pans, no knife set, one wine glass only, for example. Also there was no kitchen cleaner supplies (like counter spray) - so it was hard to clean (just used hot water and dish soap). The unit itself was large and really functional. 1 Bedroom with 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms. Nice large sitting area. With a little revamp, this unit would be AWESOME. It can be a little loud in early mornings, because the cat and half-pipe machines run outside: Still, not a bad problem to have!!
