About this apartment rental
This luxury vacation rental is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium in the heart of Clearwater Beach on the beautiful Intercoastal Waterways. Clearwater Beach is known for its pristine white sand beaches and it's just a few steps away. Once there you will discover why Clearwater Beach was voted one of the Best Beach Towns In Florida in 2013.
This unit will comfortably accommodate 7 guests and has all of the modern conveniences necessary to enjoy a beach stay. It is very nicely decorated (as our renters have commented) and is a great place to relax or use as a base to discover central Florida.
Master bedroom: King bed | Bedroom 2: Queen bed | Bedroom 3: two single beds with a trundle.
All the bedrooms have a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops.
Heated pool, hot tub and a games room. In unit laundry machines.
Free wifi, linens/towels, books.
The building is only 16 years old and feels like a very new and fresh development. Parking underneath the building keeps your car cool and away from the sun.

The location is phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and check out Sand Key which is visible from your front door. So many restaurants and activities within walking/biking distance! Wish we could have stayed longer! Fantastic stay!

The condo was big and clean. It was close to the beach (5 min walk) and restaurants. It was slightly off the busiest spot which is nice. Kids had a blast on the 8th floor balcony where we ate a lot of meals and saw dolphins on at least 5 different occasions. Would definitely recommend.

Pictures on the website do not do this condo justice. The view of the harbor is expansive and we were visited by dolphins everyday! Furnishings were great. Overall it was wonderful.

Pro: Great location, beautiful and comfortable unit with spectacular views. Pool area is better than the photos. Access to Shepards Beach resort is a highlight.
Con: All the smoke detectors went off at 1130pm, 1200 am and 3 am in the unit on 30 Dec. Suspect the batteries were the culprit.
The Air Conditioning was not working throughout the visit, suspect the new “Nest”Thermostat was the issue.
The patio furniture was dirty and required a good wipe down prior to use
The owner was notified and hopefully all issues are resolved before the next tenant and then deserving of a 5 star.
