The perfect location: in the heart of Chatham Village with outstanding views of Mill Pond, one of Chatham's most scenic sheltered harbors. Wake up to views of Mill Pond from the master bedroom, enjoy breakfast on the deck overlooking picturesque Mill Pond, walk to the village (~3 min walk), take a short stroll to Lighthouse Beach (~ 10 min walk) or to Chatham's Fish Pier and enjoy all Chatham has to offer. The house is next to the Mill Pond public dock from where you can swim or launch boats, kayaks or paddle boards. 3 kayaks are made available for your use during your stay.
This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has granite countertops in the gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, central AC in the bedrooms. Open floor plan with kitchen/dining area that leads to a large south facing deck. Beautiful views of Mill Pond from the dining room, living room, master bedroom and deck.

Chris is a great host! Her home is in the perfect location. At the end of the street in a quiet setting across from the beautiful pond- with great views! It’s a 2 minute walk to Main St where there are great restaurants and shops! We would love to stay there again. Chatham is a magical little town on the Capr!

Had a wonderful week in Chatham at this charming house overlooking Mill Pond. We would have morning coffee on the deck and watched people dig for clams and saw an occasional seal pop his head up amongst the boats. It's a 3 min walk to the wonderful town and an easy walk to Lighthouse Beach. The house was perfect! Had all the amenities one needs. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very walkable location to stay and enjoy Chatham. Nice view on quiet street but very close to Main St. House is very well done, comfortable, clean, and all updated. We never felt like something was missing. A very nice stay.

This was our second stay in this home. We loved the location as well as the view from the deck and inside the house. The house itself is beautifully decorated and welcoming!
