About this apartment rental
Spacious and wonderfully positioned corner unit condo on the third floor that offers privacy, no noise from above and only one wall connecting this unit with others. The main living area and bedroom face the ocean for spectacular views. There are no elevators on Molokai so only steps can get you to this beautiful view.
The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom (a rarity at Wavecrest) has a queen size bed, a 37 inch tv, and views of the well maintained Wavecrest grounds and the mountains. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.
This nicely decorated condo with Hawaiian décor comes with a fully furnished kitchen, comfortable furniture, a 48 inch flat screen Samsung smart tv with cable service and a Blu-ray player. The condo has 4 remote and wall controlled ceiling fans with LED lighting and all the windows have jalousie/louvered windows allowing the trade winds to flow through the condo whenever needed. Wireless internet is also available at no cost with the Wavecrest network but also we have a private Wi-fi network included as well for stronger dedicated internet service. You will have all the comforts of home, but with paradise right outside your door.
From the lanai you can enjoy the view of the palm trees blowing in the ocean breeze while drinking a morning cup of coffee or whale watching in the winter and early spring months (Typically late December - March).
You will also have all of the resort amenities at your disposal including an oceanfront swimming pool, a large covered cabana, gas barbeque grills and kitchen area, coin op laundry facilities, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. Wavecrest Resort also offers a calendar of events that you can have via contacting us.
The Molokai tropical East side and spectacular mountains create a lush backdrop for Wavecrest Resort. Molokai is known as The Friendly Isle. It is also considered the most Hawaiian island. Like stepping back in time 50 years, you will not find traffic lights, elevators, shopping malls, or night life on Molokai. This lovely third-floor condo offered a truly spectacular, million-dollar view! (Note: no elevator) We found it clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing week-long stay, including a nice selection of spices and cookware. The refreshing ocean breeze kept us perfectly comfortable, even without air conditioning, and the abundance of fans ensured a pleasant atmosphere. We especially appreciated the reliable high-speed internet and smart TV for entertainment. While the second bedroom's TV wasn't connected, it wasn't a major issue for us. The pool was a bit chilly, but we loved the covered game/social area next to it, perfect for relaxing and socializing. The owners were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The location was peaceful and quiet, with only a bit of weekend activity from children nearby. A short walk took us to a small, charming beach.Getting around was easy. The condo is a 15-minute drive to town, and we found everything we needed at the local Friendly Markets. We had beers/drinks at Paddlers and Molokai Hotel. We rented a car through Turo, which worked out perfectly. Our journey here was seamless, flying Mokelele Air from Maui and then to Honolulu. During our stay, we enjoyed some incredible experiences, including a fantastic hike to a waterfall with a local guide and a breathtaking helicopter tour of the stunning cliffs.Overall, our stay was a truly peaceful and laid-back experience. My security deposit was withheld The homeowner claimed that someone was smoking on the property and that the HOA fined them I asked for supporting documentation and my request went unanswered They never responded back to my request
Also the place was invested with ants
Tourist are not welcome on the island. Signs on the residents front lawn “ Come Spend & Go Home “
Never will I stay on Molokai again !!
I will take my money and spend it we’re I’m welcomed on my next trip
