You'll not only love the adorable interior of the home, but you will love the relaxation the big backyard brings w/the beautiful trees and welcoming patio. Beautiful three level historic home with lots of gathering and private spaces. Plenty of sleeping space (3 queen beds, 7 double beds, 1 full bed, 2 futons, 1 sofa bed, and 2 couches). Bedrooms in attic loft, 2nd floor, and basement. Bathrooms on 2nd floor and basement. Laundry room in basement.

The host was very proactive in communication and available if needed. For our group, we had plenty of sleeping areas and beds. Quiet neighborhood overall.

This was a great property for a family! We especially enjoyed the spacious backyard. Steve was a great host and promptly replied to any questions. We also really appreciated the food and entertainment recommendations that were provided. We would definately stay here again when visiting Sioux Falls.

This is the second time we've stayed at this house. We've been here with a large group and also just my family. Very clean and well-maintained, and there was seamless communication with the property manager. We will be back again!
