Nada.

Julian is a great host, always up for a chat and happy to help. Breakfast was freshly prepared, I could tell Julian via WhatsApp at what time I wanted to eat on my veranda. Strong AC and wifi and a small cozy light besides the bed. Slept very well each night, as it is tucked away a bit from the street
As I had a scooter this was no problem for me, but be aware that you need one if you want to go the main street (Julian can organize a scooter)
