A good venue for a short stay in Chalkidiki

The property is new, has a compact design, and the rooms have a nice vibe. Rooms with balcony are better. Guys at the reception (and all other roles they serve at the same tims) are so nice.

The pool area is nice, but the hotel owners don’t do enough to promote it. It was literally empty during our stay. How about some music since it is summer holidays? Also, the hotel bar was closed! Good luck if you want a drink or coffee. Finally, during the first day of our stay the breakfast was nice and fresh - second day, quality dropped and pies from previous day were served. As a frequent traveller, and the price level of this hotel, I don’t find this acceptable. The price you pay for this hotel, should reflect a top quality and attention to detail, I did not see the value here so I feel it was too overpriced for what we have received.

Very clean, very organized. Loved the breakfast, lots of greens. They also have private parking.

It would not hurt you much to offer free espressos in my humble opinion. At least increase the price of the rooms for it. It would offer a better client experience.

Phenomenal.

The breakfast was excellent. Basically, it is mostly the same everyday, but also there are various salads, appetizers and sorts of pies everyday. You can choose between sweet meal (panckakes, oatmeals) or classic continental breakfast in terms of eggs, sausage etc. But we were thrilled with the fact that we can get as much amount as we wanted, so we could make ourselves completely balanced and nutritively rich breakfast. Also, there are fresh fruits everyday, and it is various from pears to figs and watermelon etc. Regarding room, the staff was very kind and considerate, and was able to met our special request for the supperior room. The room was above our expectations. Clean, comfortable and cozy with the spaceful balcony. We were able to use the pool, which is on disposal for everyday use. It is very pleasant as the sun warms the pool till 2 PM, I think. Of course, all lauds and praise go to the staff, they were all very kind and communicative, they are available everytime for any type of questions and help. You can ask them anything you want, and they will certainly at least try and check everything that is in their domain. I would like to thank them very much again for their understanding, because we were in trouble before our arrival as it was at risk at first. Hotel is top class, even though the location might not be the best for all because it is not in the centre of town nor it has the view to the seaside. But that was not the issue for us because we enjoyed everyday walk and ocassional running around the tow.

The staff is friendly. The air conditioning is okay.

It was noisy - the walls are quite thin and some of the rooms are facing the street, on which the reception is, meaning a lot of people checking-in/out, noise from the suitcases, talks and etc. Plus some cars, passing with may be a bit higher (than expected) speed/noise. And you could hear the conversations of the guests from the other rooms. The DND sign was from a very soft material and sometimes the wind would make it fall off. One evening there was no hot water, there was no explanation why.

Bad

The insulation in the rooms is so bad that you can hear the breathing of people in other apartments and their every movement. Breakfast is the same every day, absolutely nothing has changed in 10 days. The hotel is an ordinary box in the middle of a meadow on top of a hill and it is not as luxurious as they charged me 1650e for 10 days (it rained for 8 days and they don't return the money but direct it to the booking site). The pool you see in the pictures is so small that it's scary, like a slightly bigger jacuzzi. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR COFFEE WITH BREAKFAST. I will never come to Greece again.

The wifi stopped working in the room so for a couple of days we were without internet which was a little restrictive and could not be fixed despite informing the hotel.

Good

The pool at the center of the hotel is beautiful. Staff is friendly, they let us check in super early, as we arrived there at 8 AM in the morning. The hotel is located relatively far from any attractions so it is quiet.

The breakfast was okay, but did not have a lot of options. They did not change the towels in our room for the entire 5 nights stay. Maybe we were supposed to ask for it, but there wasn't any sign anywhere.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Most of the stuff was homemade. The location of the hotel is 5 minutes walk from restaurants and cafes.

The best hotel ever! Highly recommended. The manager - Paris could not be nicer. He was very carring and we could not have a better time at Sunway thanks to him. Thank you Paris for your hard work and great organisation. It was fab!. Great location Pool was lovely. The hotel is so well run. It was great gils weekend away. Thank you.
