Downtown house centro histórico

This is a large apartment with a fully equipped dining kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The owner opens up the bedrooms for use according to the size of the party staying. But the show-stopper is the wonderful terrace with magnificent views out towards the Sierra de Grazalema. I could happily sit and look at that all day, starting with the stunning sunrises. The location is good; it's a 5 minute walk to the bars & restaurants in the old town which does involve a short but very steep bit of road. But let's be honest, everywhere in Arcos involves a steep hill at some point! The apartment is spotlessly clean and feels like you're staying in someone's home rather than a charachterless rental. There's air-conditioning and good wi-fi. Have stayed here several times and it's the first place I look for when visiting Arcos. The owners also offer parking somewhere nearby (for a small fee) but I'm too scared to drive anywhere near the old town (narrow narrow streets!) and prefer to dump my car down in the new area of town..

La terraza de la casa es espectacular

Te ofrecen plaza de garaje, que viene a ser una cochera, pero no te avisan del gran inconveniente de transitar por el pueblo que es de calles muy muy estrechas con un coche grande como el mío, que somos familia numerosa. No es práctico y no me informaron. Y la presencia de hormigas en la cocina, por la encimera, y eso qué limpié y desinfecte... Una incomodidad porque no había comida a la vista, fuimos cuidadosos. El horno bastante sucio. Y por último, saltaban los plomos continuamente... Supongo que por tener contratada poca potencia de electricidad, pero en verano se entiende que en una casa tan grande necesites tener más de un aire acondicionado puesto, por ejemplo....

La terraza es una maravilla, con vistas impresionantes. Las camas muy cómodas. La casa es cómoda, en pleno centro histórico. Se siente uno como en casa, con todas las comodidades. El personal que nos atendió increíblemente amables y atentos. Para repetir sin dudar.
