Flat Screens in each room including two 50 inch QLED with HD ... 800 Mbps WIFI ....24 Hour security (Please note, the map does not show the correct address ... the actual location is 4 blocks from Parque Lleras and very close to the Hotel Park 10).... 4 block walk to the Main Entertainment District (Parque Lleras) with over 100 bars and restaurants. ... 24 Hour Security ... Extremely Safe and Modern!!!

First, Medellin is a beautiful and safe city. Don't let episodes of Narcos (on Netflix) fill your head with doubt like it did me. Lol Joel had Diana meet me at the apartment. I don't speak Spanish so there was a little disjointedness in the beginning but language is a small barrier today thanks to technology. Diana was a lovely person, showed me the apartment and the apartment lived up to our expectations. I was slightly disappointed the pool table was gone but she said it was too loud for the neighbors and I understand that. The dining table that replaced the billiards table ended up being far more useful. Joel called me, gave me the run down of the city, where to go, what to do and it all worked out seamlessly. There were a couple of apartment rule changes that caught us off guard but that ended up not being an issue. All in all, this apartment has a gorgeous view and Joel is a great guy to lead you to an exciting visit of the city. I should have contacted him a month before I visited to start framing my mind around all the things to do in Medellin. I would recommend the apartment and a visit to the city itself.

This apartment is great.....the views, location just close enough to be in the mix of it all yet still away from the chaos. The security and cleanliness was top notch.
I would definitely rent this place again!
