A beautiful traditional house consisted of 2 independent buildings in a short distance between them, consisted of a ground floor and a first floor, built in a green and quiet surrounding. First building: on the ground floor, there are 5 STDS X 2 while on the first floor there are 3 STDS X 2 and 1 APT X 4.
Second building: on the ground floor, there are 2 APTS X 4 while on the first floor also there are 2 APTS X 4.
STD: it consists of a small kitchen separated by the bedroom with an arch, 1 bedroom X 2, a wc/sh, verandas or balconies. Air conditioning and tv.
APT: it consists of 2 bedrooms X 2, a kitchen - dining room, a wc/sh, balconies. Air conditioning and tv.
1st building: the STDS and the APT on the 1st floor look over the sea and the surrounding hills.
The ground floor STDS look over the fields and the hills.
Garden and private parking.
2nd building: the 1st floor APTS look over the sea and the hills, while the ground floor APTS look over the surrounding hills.

Distance from the sea: 350 m.
Distance from Vitalades village: 1,800 m where you can find several services. Lefkimmi is only 4 km away, where you can find many shops and services.
In a 300 - 800 m distance there are 2 mini markets. Several traditional taverns are only 200-400 m away. The area is known for its fresh fish.

It was wonderful holiday! Apartments are very clean, well, equipped, hosts are so wonderful people. I am sure we will come to stay again.

The property has a lovely setting in rural Corfu. 5 min walk to one of the best beaches, Gardenos beach. Sandy and clear water, excellent for swimming, parasols and sun beds for shade are reasonably priced. 3 tavernas on beach, we used Julia's which was well-priced and good food. The Greek salad would feed 4 people, it was huge! Spaghetti Bol v tasty too. Property is clean and has a lovely balcony overlooking vegetable gardens of tomatoes and corn. 2 bedrooms and kitchen/diner and bathroom. Kitchen utilities are basic (2 hob rings, no oven, large fridge and freezer), but we found it fine for our needs as eating out is so cheap. Air conditioning was good to have, we appreciated that. TV in bedroom, but we didn't use it and mosquito nets provided for use over beds. We were up some marble steps, so not suitable for disabled, but there seem to be ground floor apartments, so it's worth asking. Mr Spyros lives next door and looks after clients' needs.
