Great place - very kind and professional front desk staff

The condo location was wonderful, as were the condo amenities themselves. However when we arrived we found that the condo patio was covered in used cigarette butts, the master bath smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, and there was old dirty underwear in the dresser in the spare bedroom. There was broken glass at the bottom of the dishwaher. The front desk staff was not knowledgeable about what we were entitled to with booking through VRBO. We were told we would get garbage service, and it was documented in our arrival papers. However we did not, and when asked where we could take our trash out to...they didn't even know. We were also told we did not have access to the shuttles to take us to snowmass village as advertised.
