Spacious One Level Home! Huge Great Room! Magical Fireworks View!
Imagine your vacation walking distance to Disneyland! With a large great room, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, this home provides the features you desire in a vacation home: all new furnishings, plenty of seating and space, no crowded feeling! Located about 1 mile from Disneyland, you can come home for a break and go back for more afternoon fun.
New beds with comfy mattresses. In the master bedroom, you'll have a King bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. Adults and children alike will love the bunk beds in Bedroom #3. One set has a Full on the bottom and a Twin on top. The other has two Twins.
A convenient kitchen makes meal preparation easy for lunches or special dinners. Our dining table has seating for 8 plus a high chair for your little one. If grilling outside is your style, we've got you covered. Put your steaks, burgers or hot dogs on the outdoor gas BBQ and enjoy!
How about a day at home of rest and relaxation? The large backyard offers lots of space for a game of soccer, catch, croquet, or simply soaking in the sun. Looking for space to spread out inside? You'll love the great room! There are three sofas, so there's plenty of seating for everyone! Plus a game table - Scrabble or Monopoly anyone? The game table is perfect for that. Need to work away from home? Open up your laptop and catch up on work while you plan your activities. Watch movies, sports or your favorite shows on the 48" TV in the great room! There's another TV in the Master Bedroom, too!
We love children! A stroller, high chair, and pack n play is available, so you don't have to drag these along on the airplane! We're proud to offer the amenities you'll appreciate. Luxury linens (we even iron the pillowcases!) on each bed. You'll have plenty of fluffy towels in each bathroom. For your convenience, we even provide soaps, detergent, and other little items you don't want to have to bring along. You'll be thrilled with the magical display of Disneyland fireworks at night! The Neighborhood- Soooo Close to Disneyland! Established Residential Neighborhood! Getting Around- Close enough to Walk to Disneyland. Public Transportation close by. Take ART to Anaheim Garden Walk. + According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. When the signed Reservation Agreement is received, check-in instructions will be emailed and includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information.
+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 9 individuals including children and infants. (8 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.
+ Min stay: 3 nights
+ Parking: 2-3 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.
+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.
+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar
+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.

Great size for 2 families with small kids. Beds are comfortable but noisy. Photos do not accurately reflect current furniture and kitchen is very bare bones supplies wise- I would not plan to make full meals in the kitchen. We were able to do simple breakfasts luckily there are lots of close restaurants for take out/delivery if desired. Close enough to walk to and from the park (about 30 minutes)but not close enough to do a midday break in my opinion. You can see the fireworks from the yard but also note it does sound like they are going off in your backyard. Luckily they only last about 15 minutes. Home is well maintained and spacious- I would stay here again if we were to come back to Disneyland.

Nice house with large living area for the family to enjoy Christmas morning. Close to Disney land and shopping. Family enjoyed the place.

Perfect place for a small family. The bunk beds worked perfectly for our nephew and one adult (the full size bed was a great idea to have). The proximity to Disneyland is great, about 5 minutes by car. It is walking distance, but I would not recommend walking. After a day of walking around the Disneyland resort, that 2 mile walk could feel.like 20. We would definitely stay here again with family.

House had a wear smell upon arrival., no extra pillows!!
Disappointed.,bathrooms too small, no place to set up toiletries, shower in the master bedroom super tiny, we had to call the owner if we needed to adjust AC our bedroom was super hot at night very uncomfortable!!
Garage was locked we had no access to it! Signage didn’t match with the house..(didn’t make sense) no hangers to hang our clothes and no dressers to unpacked our luggage..
VERY DISAPPOINTED.!!!
