The living room doubles as the sole bedroom of the studio, with a plush queen bed and Sofa Bed sleeping four guests total. Dock details: There is a dock available to guest as well as a private boat slips available. Guest must have boat insurance to use boat slip and fill out the necessary paperwork.

The stay was great. Cleanliness could have been better. Smashed roach on the sliding glass door, long black hair all over the bathroom floor, black out curtain is in need of hanging clips. Needed iteems in the room: hairdryer, towels for the pool or beach.
