This 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath 2 story villa is beautifully furnished to guarantee that your vacation will be a comfortable, relaxing, one of a kind experience. Centrally located, Palmetto Dunes is home of 3 miles of beautiful Atlantic Ocean Beachfront, along with the finest golf and tennis Hilton Head Island has to offer. For the golfer, choose from 3 world-class Courses. If tennis is your game, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is ranked among 'The 50 Greatest U.S. Tennis Resorts'. Community pools are also available for your use.
A short walk to the Dunes House will give you access to the beach and provide you with all the beach amenities you will need. Bike and kayak rentals are just a few blocks away. Also within walking distance are the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Seafood Restaurant & Wine Bar and Big Jim's BBQ, Burgers & Pizza.
Our villa has a spacious open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors throughout the 1st floor living area. A new large flat screen television means you won't miss your favorite show or sporting event. The spacious living/dining room combination is perfect for families or groups.
Right off the living room is a large deck that overlooks the the lagoon and the 1st green of the Robert Trent Jones golf course.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a quick snack before dashing off for a morning run or preparing a full course meal for friends and family. To help you get out of the kitchen and back to your vacation, the kitchen includes a dishwasher and garbage disposal.
The first floor master suite is elegantly appointed with hardwood furniture, a plush king bed and a new flat screen television. The master suite opens directly to the deck overlooking the lagoon.
The master bath includes dual vanities, two large closets and a tiled tub/shower combination.
For convenience, the washer and dryer are also on the 1st floor.
One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, perfect for long relaxing nights and just as great for a quick nap. With a new flat screen television, it's own ceiling fan and a dedicated thermostat, you will always be comfortable.
The other spacious bedroom has 2 twin beds, a new flat screen television, a ceiling fan and individual thermostat, this room is perfect for your visit.
A large shared bathroom between both bedrooms has great lighting, a tub/shower combination and overhead heater to take the chill off when stepping out of the shower.

Well stocked property in the middle of everything and great communication. This was the first of what will be many returns.

We enjoyed our stay here. We took full advantage of all HHI and Palmetto Dunes has to offer. We rented bikes for the week, dropped off and picked up for us; played lots of pickleball, went golfing on the Robert Trent Jones golf course and played mini golf 3-4 times. Lots of great dinners out and a couple windy days at the beach where there were rip tide warnings. Bring your own beach towel as they are not provided at this rental.
Condo was clean and location was good. Biking was a blast. Beach is a bit of a walk if you’re hauling a lot of gear- otherwise bike and/or drive and get there early for a parking spot.
There was construction going on right outside our window. Loud diggers, pumps, and a generator were going every day. We woke up to the noise a lot of mornings. It didn’t ruin the stay- as we were gone most of the day- but the pond was mostly drained as were several around the area. It would have been nice to know this project was going on before we arrived. We understand it is totally out of the owners control, but we probably would have stayed elsewhere had we known.
Condo was clean and furnished well for a family. The beds were very comfortable, especially the primary bedroom. Location was good and Palmetto Dunes has a lot to offer.

This is located in the quiet villas of Queens Grant. My family and I typically stay in this area due to its proximity to the beach and the calmness found in the neighborhood. The owners of this unit were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great communicators and owners! We look forward to a return visit soon and would gladly stay in this Queens Grant gem again.
