Magnifique parc dont on peut disposer en toute quiétude Espaces communs à disposition (salle à manger, salon avec TV, kitchenette….,déco atypique

The property was clean, situated in a silent neighbourhood. We got good information on sightseeing, regional restaurants from the hosts.

A lot of rules not making sense and limiting the freedom of tourists (e.g. not being allowed to drink a coffee or a glass of wine in your room or on your room terrace, no use of common places after 22.00, intrusive hosts). Breakfast on the verge of disappointment (slightly improved the second day). We left one day earlier because we felt close to prison at times, under close supervision (we only spent the evenings there). The soundproofing of the building made it impossible to have a chat with friends in the living room without being pointed (by the hosts) to the fact that we were ruining everyone’s sleep (we were constrained by the situation to stop talking at all the next evening after getting back from our daily tours). A place made for sleeping and keeping your mouth shut after 2200 but not for having a decent time with friends in your room or somewhere else on the property. If you have a baby and it’s crying at night you might be asked if he/she is sick. If you use the kitchen 5 euro. For more than 100euro per night(reduced booking rate) for 2 adults and one child you ask yourself if you only pay for a bed to sleep in. The one night we did not benefit from was not reimbursed (in accordance with booking policy) even if a larger room (our initial room) was charged for both ourselves and our friends (booked separately, room was exchanged without adapting our overall costs). We asked for eggs for the second day breakfast because we left a bit hungry after first day (small kids were probably considered as an extra burden not paid for and not to be accounted for breakfast) we were said the hens made exactly the amount of eggs we initially requested and not one more. There is more to say but I hope the hosts will adapt a little bit. Seeing their self-entitlement in answering the negative reviews on Booking made us speak up our minds fully with the hope that more common ground with common sense will be found in this facility.
