Nice appartment with sea, beach and promenade in front in a very authentic and cosy village!

Nice appartment on the groundfloor. Seaview from the living room and master bedroom with big windows that can open so you can hear and feel the sea. Fully equiped kitchen with micro-wave, oven and expresso machine. Nice bathroom with shower. Locaction is perfect with ocean promenade and small beach right in front. Other beaches within 5 minutes walking distance. City center and old town within 10-15 min walking distance. Yves-Marie and Armelle are fantastic hosts that will welcome you and provide you all information upon your arrival.

Being on the ground floor with a delightful view of the coast. We were also impressed with the welcome we received.

Exceptionally Good Stay

This is one of the best apartments in Europe that my wife and I have ever stayed in during more than 10 years of travels. This apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. All appliances worked properly. The view of the ocean from the living room was exceptional. Wi-Fi worked very well and the parking was easy to use. The hosts, Armelle and Yves-Marie, were exceptionally caring and helpful. Highly recommended.

Un séjour exeptionnel!!

Eine Begrüssung beim Appartement von der man nur träumen kann und alles bisherige während den letzten beiden Wochen in den Schatten stellte. Hier wurde man nicht nur als Feriengast begrüsst, sondern herzlich als Teil der Familie! Leider ging unser Urlaub dem Ende zu, aber wir kommen gerne wieder, sehr gerne auch für einige Tage im schönen Appartement im schönen, sommerlich heissen Concarneau. Appartement idéal avec un super accueil

Magnifique emplacement, le long de la corniche, avec vue sur mer, pas trop loin du centre ville qui est accessible à pied par une belle balade en bord de mer. La plage est de l'autre côté de la route, nous avons commencé notre séjour par un plongeon dans l'eau claire du sud Finistère. L'accueil est très chaleureux et personnalisé, avec un cadeau rituel que je ne dévoile pas pour garder la surprise. Les lits sont très confortable, le confort est complet de la borne bluetooth au grille pain en passant par toute les forme de vaisselle pouvant être utile. Une adresse à retenir car si nous revenons à Concarneau nous savons où réserver :)

Tout était parfait, depuis la première seconde à l'arrivée jusqu'au départ. Si le logement est bien situé, complet dans son équipement, c'est surtout le contact et les conseils fournis sur place par Armelle et son mari qui font toute la différence par rapport à une réservation classique. Une expérience inoubliable.

Week-end d'hiver à Concarneau

Excellent accueil des propriétaires! Très bon emplacement pour les ballades en ville et le départ de sentier côtier. Le logement est très confortable (literies, douche, chauffage....) et bien équipé pour cuisiner. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien, et le chien aussi !

Très bel appartement sur la corniche de Concarneau, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Très bien équipé, confortable (très bonne literie) et joliment meublé, c’est un appartement vraiment agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Armelle, qui nous a laissé un délicieux far breton.

Appartement refait à neuf, fonctionnel. Rez de chaussée avec vue donnant sur parking

L'appartement est entièrement refait, très propre et très fonctionnel. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la literie est exceptionnelle. Les hôtes sont a priori hospitaliers. Il y a un parking ce qui est pratique. Cependant, il n'y a aucune flexibilité possible quant à l'heure d'arrivée ou de départ.

L'appartement est situé au rez de chaussée d'un vieil immeuble et donne directement sur le parking. Lorsque l'on ouvre les volets et la fenêtre, on est directement sur le parking, exposés au regard des passants. Au-delà du parking, on a la vue sur la mer. Les hôtes nous ont appelés après que nous ayons publié notre premier commentaire pour que nous le modifions car ils ne voulaient pas de critiques.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit herzlichen Gastgebern

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Küstenstraße mit Blick auf's Meer. Zentrum und Altstadt sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, wirklich hervorzuheben ist jedoch die große Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Sie haben uns mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen erwartet und uns viele hilfreiche Hinweise für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Aufgrund der Herzlichkeit der Vermieter fühlt man sich sehr willkommen.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster. Wenn man bewußt eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern bucht, um diese auch zu nutzen, ist es sehr bedauerlich, wenn dann eine Person in einem Zimmer ohne Frischluftzufuhr schlafen muss. Leider ist das der Wohnungsbeschreibung inkl. Fotos nicht zu entnehmen. Darüber hinaus wäre es schön, wenn ein paar der vielen Dekoartikel entfernt würden, so dass mehr Ablagefläche für die eigenen Sachen vorhanden ist.
