Schönes Haus mit Mängeln

Geräumiges Haus, gut angelegter Garten, Kfz-Stellplatz vorm Haus, Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Die Sauberkeit im Haus sowie der Zustand der Geräte/ der Ausstattung entsprachen nicht den Erwartungen! Dies betrifft vor allem die veraltete Küche und die technische Instandhaltung. Am Samstag erschienen ohne Ankündigung die Eigentümer und führten Rasen- und Heckenschnitt mit Benzinmotor-Geräten durch. Da aufgrund der Schlüsselübergabe unsere Mobilnummer bekannt war, wäre eine Vorabinformation nötig und korrekt gewesen. Unsere Kritik traf auf völliges Unverstandnis, zumindest eine Entschuldigung fehlte völlig.

Für den Preis zu wenig Komfort .

Das abgegrenzte Grundstück, das Haus an sich . Sehr viel Spiele und Gartengeräte für Kinder , leider auch etwas veraltet und kaputt . Schöne Terrasse mit Aussengrill .

Das Loch im Zaun , wir hatten einen kleinen Hund mit , eine Katastrophe waren die Nachtspeicheröfen , die liefen nachts im Schlafbereich , unerträglich. Tagsüber im Wohnbereich meist kalt . Die Grillroste sind leider nicht mehr schön . Die Lage von Haus ist sehr ruhig aber zu weit vom Strand für kleine Kinder .
