fully fenced back yard !

The property was exactly what the description said it was. Very pet friendly. It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and great pool. My dog loved the fenced in yard. We all had a great time and loved it. We would definitely book it again. The hosts were great! They answered all my questions quickly. Definitely great for families. Can’t wait to go again! It was exactly what we needed,

Had a great stay while taking a break from Maine’s winter! Found the home to meet our expectations, even a bit more. It appeared well stocked, with everything you might need. Food prep items, dishes, towels, and everything else from children’s items, to a rolling walker, to bikes you can take around the neighborhood!The home was clean and the owner quite helpful! Had a couple of minor glitches, but the she was very quick to respond. So no big deal! We did find keeping the ac at 72 to be a bit warm. Then again, we’re from Maine, 72 can feel tropical to us! But there were fans. So that helped a lot. Especially in the game room. Which everyone enjoyed. IF I had to mention any downside, it’d be the bed in one main bedroom. It did feel like it had reached its life’s end. But not a deal breaker, considering everything else. While the temps were really to cool to fully enjoy the pool, we did enjoy it one day! It’d be a life saver during Florida’s summers, for sure! As for the yard, it was a small, but worked well for our purposes. And we did note that it appeared to be average size for the area, so… The location was great. Not far from Disney, which is a super plus if that’s why you’re there. If not, the local area was pretty good too. People were pleasant and while there was a bit more traffic than I’m used to, it wasn’t really that bad. We just learned to allow more time than the GPS said, and you were good! If we visit the area again, we’d definitely stay here again!

House has so much potential. First it needs a good cleaning, I swept the floors when I first got there and had a lot of dirt and dog hair in my pile. Second, the pool needs a good cleaning. The bottom of the pool was dirty and there were particles floating in the water. Third, I paid extra to have the pool heated for the week and it didn’t work right ( don’t waste your money). Positive side, great location, it has everything you could want, food, shopping, and Disney Parks were close. I would definitely stay here again, just would like to see a few things taken care of.
