This Cozy cottage is located right between Houston and Austin on Highway 290.
Carmine is a part of and often considered “The Gateway” to the Antique Show. Many of the Antique Shops in Carmine are open year round. Approximately 6 miles to Round Top.
3 miles to Burton which Is home to Saddlehorn Winery
One main large bedroom that can sleep 4. Bedroom has one queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle. The bedroom has its own entrance if you want to enter and exit without disturbing those in the living area.
The large living room can sleep up 1-2 via a futon sofa that converts to full bed. It is separated from the bedroom via a sliding barn door and there is a half bath in the main living area.
Come as a weekend get away, to shop the amazing Antique Season in the Spring, Fall & January.
Wildlife and hunting also available on the 10.5 acre property.
Unique and Antique Railroad Items decorate the house.
Smart TV and Apple TV converter will play Netflix, Amazon Prime, or you satellite provider via app.
There is also a DVD player...grab your favorite Redbox!
All antique items are available for sale- feel free to ask about any items you are interested in.

This wonderful farm cottage is a great escape. Situated on a beautiful wooded tract teaming with wildlife and easy access from paved highway frontage. Very quiet at night for restful sleep. Excellent location between the many area attractions in Brenham, Round Top and other fun exploration opportunities in many other nearby towns. Amy is a gracious host with quick response and clear communication.
