4,900 SF of fully livable space includes 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Beautiful, spacious great room with a gas fireplace creates a wonderful, relaxed setting for entertaining. Separate media room with surround sound for movies and gaming lets everyone spread out and enjoy their time. New carpet throughout the house, summer 2025. Sundance was DESIGNED FOR FAMILY GATHERINGS AND CORPORATE RETREATS, and can SLEEP UP TO 12 COMFORTABLY.

Beautiful space that is thoughtfully appointed. Worked very well for a ski weekend for two families. Lots of space and nice and warm.

This is our second stay at this beautiful house. It is spacious for our big family; we love the layout and very much enjoy the pool table, poker table, and the fire pits. Great location! Very clean and the host is wonderful, great communication!
