About this apartment rental
This Caribbean style house sits in a big lush garden where you can enjoy the feel of nature.
Any time you feel like, you can have a dip in the ocean, it is only 150m away!
Town is close enough to come and go as you please to the different shops, Restaurants, Bars, Dive centers, Yoga classes etc etc.
And from here you ll be closer to the different beaches, surf points and places to explore on the island.
The studio has a bedroom and visualy separated by a big closet a living room, , a kitchen and a terrace.
Even though it is a cool place, it has the comodity of A/C, and for in case you want to still stay tuned to your world at home, we provide you with WIFI.
For distraction in rainy days there is a TV and DVD s
The bedroom has a queen size bed and livingroom a sofa bed, there is enough space to add an extra matress, so it could sleep up to 4 people.
Bathroom has warm watershower.
The kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking; there is a big fridge w/freezer, 4-burner stove with oven and a wooden table that seats 4 people.
On the terrace, there is a hammack and a hanging chair to enjoy the tranquility of the garden. You can also eat on the terrace, there is a garden table with 4 chairs.
Outside there is a sink as well as an outside shower.
There would be a connecting extra room w/bathroom available if you would like. Ask for information.
In the same garden there is also another little house available for rent. Ask for inf.
We have a big very sweet dog, that helps keep the property safe.
IN the garden there is a chicken pen with some chickens that often provide us with fresh eggs. When they ll lay enough, you will be provided with for your breakfast.

Mohammed from the moment we arrived was courteous, attentive, and very accommodating. You can tell he takes a tremendous amount of concern that his guests feel they have arrived at a home and can rely on him for anything. The apartment was very clean, we had a wonderful top floor view of the water and had air conditioning in every room. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend staying at Jardines condos you will have a wonderful time exploring Boca's Del Toro and coming back to a relaxing apartment.

We stayed in the lower apartment from December 13 to January 10th. It was one of the cheapest places we could find at the time we were looking back in April. We learned while staying there, that you could find better accommodation at a better price if you were staying long term [month or more].
The worst is the smell from the sewer that often ruined the enjoyment of being in or outside of the house. The stove was a problem because it was damaged and did not have a level cooking surface or oven. The water was a problem because we could not drink from the tap and the water jug filter was useless. We had to be careful going in and out of the doors because they had no outside handles. You could easily close the back door too hard and lock yourself out.
The good thing about the house was that it was close to town and surf beaches that you could walk to. [We would not recommend the beach "within 150 m" of the house due to dirty and smelly water.] They house was clean and had a good laundry lady across the road. The cement construction reduced the noise of any celebrations that went through the night.
We enjoyed the Bocas Brewery, the Guari Guari restaurant and Surf Break at Paunch beach - all within walking distance.
