You dream of fine sand, sea air, scums, walks, scrubland, pleasures, idleness, pure water and incomparable lights ... Look no further, here you are! Saint-Pierre la Mer (11560) is a small family seaside resort where you will find shops and restaurants. Its beach is monitored 7 days a week from mid-June to mid-September.

The subdivision of Baraquiers is a subdivision by the sea, with no main road to cross, and composed of pavilions 5 minutes walk from shops and 2 minutes from the beach (100 m) quiet.

Ground floor: living room, equipped kitchen: crockery, fridge, oven, microwave, television, internet, washing machine, dishwasher etc .. Living room, 2 bedrooms (140x190 bed and a 160x190 bed), bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 balconies (1 bed 140 x 190) and a mezzanine 1 bed 90
a fenced garden and a large fenced terrace also.
Possibility to provide sheets, pillowcases (20 €) extra

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr Strandnah ca. 100m leider ist auch ein Straße direkt hinter dem Haus.
Zuvorheben wollte ich die 2 Terassen die es ermöglichen immer im Schatten zu sitzen.
Eine Klimaanlage fehkt auch sodass das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bei 30grad + eher nicht zum schlafen einlädt.
Trotzdem waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine dans ce logement décoré avec soin. L'ensemble est confortable et à proximité de la mer.

Das Haus befindet sich in direkter Strandnähe. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 1 Minute. Es muss keine Straße überquert werden. Der Markt und der Ortskern sind ebenfalls fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Lage ist daher einzigartig. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich auch der Stellplatz für das Auto. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr umfangreich und entspricht den Angaben in der Anzeige.
W-Lan ist vorhanden. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit den Inhabern für den Check-In war einfach und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame Woche am Meer:-)
