Newly renovated, main floor one bedroom condo, fully equipped, air conditioning in the bedroom available for (fee $1.00BDS equaling .50US per hour), ceiling fans in the bedroom as well as in the living room and on the balcony, big screen TV with USB port and DVD player, high speed internet available in the condo, wheelchair and scooter friendly, maid service weekly, one set plus an extra set of bath and beach towels provided per week, should you wish another set they can be provided for a fee, steps to the pool from your balcony, beautiful landscaped grounds with lounge chairs under large mature trees, 24 hour security.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king size bed with ample pillows, closet and drawer space as well as a dressing table with a blow dryer we provide and electrical outlet for curling/straightening irons that you may bring. An ironing board and iron are in the bedroom.

Everything was pretty much perfect. The only gripe was the standard of cleaning e.g. the floor had obviously not been mopped properly prior to arrival and no clean towels were left following the cleaner's mid-stay visit. A quiet word by the owner should easily resolve this going forwards.Overall, the apartment represents very good value. The location and facilities are excellent. The security is first rate. The apartment space and layout is ideal for a couple. The owner went out of her way to make the visit pleasurable and even left some cold beers, flowers and a birthday card. Her communication was 100%.Would highly recommend.

This was an excellent apartment, had everything you could think of and more. Great location, beach club was a great addition. Pool area lovely, plenty of beds and tables.

Wonderful location pool and gardens. Ground floor condo from which you can walk out to the pool. We had a little hiccup with the access but the reception staff were very helpful and it was soon sorted. Condo is well equipped although a little tired in places. Outdoor space is brilliant. Overall a great experience. We would definitely return. Thank you Karen and Chris.
