Welcome to the Casa Linda Estate where memories are made to last a lifetime.!
This charming Casa is built and tastefully decorated in traditional Mexican style with a 44' covered wrap around patio, surrounded by tropical foliage. There are oversize equipale chairs for your comfort while you listen to the rippling waters of the fountain adjacent to the patio and overlooking the pool.
There is also an outdoor dining area for those wonderful alfresco dinners cooked on your own private grill.
This one story Villa boasts a king size bed and full bath with a spacious sitting area that completing the Master suite. The living/dining/kitchen and another full bath.
Set n the beautiful sandy beaches against the fantastic natural setting of the Bay of Banderas is the ultimate in vacation living! Make all your vacation dreams come true in lush tropical gardens with orchids,and bromeliads, water fountains, birds arriving daily for their baths in the waterfall that falls gently into the pool, majestic palms swaying in the breeze, and the beach right outside your door.
Stepping through the gate, experience the old Mexico tradition of bargaining with the vendors on the beach or having margaritas under the 30 year old coconut palms while watching one of the most glorious sunsets of your life or just relax and feel the ocean breezes and enjoy.
Enjoy dining al fresco in secluded shaded covered patios surrounded by fragrant tropical flowers and many species of palms.
You can rent 1, 2 or all 3 casas for family gatherings or a group of friends . Please read the description of Casa 2 and the Casita below.
The Casa Linda Estate is located in the quaint village of Bucerias (in English – diver) just 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. You will find we are comfortable, affordable and private. Our staff caters to your comfort, relaxation and needs to make sure you have the best vacation possible. The grounds are filled with lush tropical plants, majestic palm trees, fruit trees and fragrant flowers.
All Casas are equipped with A/C, BBQ grill, Cable TV, Netflix, DVD, and WiFi. Maid service is offered every other day and a chef is available upon request for a fee.
The Casa Linda Estate is perfect for family or friend get-togethers, honeymoons, reunions, golf groups, fishing (some of the best!) or just relaxing and enjoying life…….it just does not get any better!
Spend the day lounging by the pool or on the beach where we offer a private area for our guests. It is a great place to relax under the palms, read a book, play some dominoes, do a little shopping from the local vendors or take a walk on the best sandy beach in the Bay.

CASA LINDA 2 is a 2 story Villa right on the beach. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with king size beds and each has its own open air shower. It also has a beautiful terrace overlooking the beach and Bay. Downstairs there is another full bath, open plan for the kitchen, living, dining. There are 2 covered patios – 1 overlooking the pool and lush gardens and the other overlooks the beach – fabulous for watching sunsets. There is a Futon downstairs as well. This Villa is great for entertaining! Sleeps 4

Our stay during the first week of May 2026 was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in the front Casita which was massive for just the two of us. The separate dining/kitchen and bedroom were both air conditioned and each room, including both bathrooms (yes, two full baths), had a ceiling fan. The kitchen was well appointed with full-size appliances, plates, dishes, silverware and blender, but no dishwasher. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty if pillows. The only interior issue was that both of the bathrooms are not not completely enclosed (the windows are screened but no glass) so they can get a bit warm on hotter days. The Casita is closest to the road of all 6-units on the property but the kitchen faces the road and the bedroom is on the back side so there was very little noise overall (no real construction noise in the area).There is a ton of outdoor space for the exclusive use of this unit which was even more than we needed but was nice to have. The pool was nice to have but the temp of the ocean was more our speed. The property is beachfront so it has it's own area so no having to wake up early to 'save' your chairs. There are two palapas and plenty of palm trees on the property to help with shade. The beach in front was not at all rocky (like many of the PV beaches are) and ocean floor was nice and sandy. The unit was kept quite clean throughout our stay and the grounds keeper, Jacinto, was always tending to the property.Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, a peaceful island of calm right on the beach with privacy, beautiful and lush, close to many great restaurants, a local groceteria, and the walking path to Nuevo Vallarta. Lori is an amazing host, her support team is wonderful. No wonder so many of her guests keep coming back. Bucerias is booming - construction is everywhere. Casa Linda is becoming a unique oasis of peace and tranquility.

A truly special place to stay in Bucerias! We loved our time at Casa Linda. The lush gardens, tranquil atmosphere, and easy access to the private beach made it the perfect spot to unwind. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and full of character, with authentic Mexican charm and all the amenities we needed.Lori was a wonderful host who met us on arrival to give us the lay of the land. Lori was responsive and great at communicating throughout our stay. The location was a perfect balance between peaceful and serene, yet just a short walk to great restaurants and local shops.This was also a great base for us to explore charming towns further north. We will return!Brendan

Lori runs the best-imaginable small "hotel" ...but it is more like a second home to anyone staying for awhile. Everything is top-notch: the towels are great, the linens are excellent, the beds are comfortable, all the dishwater, pots and pans are in perfect condition, and every appliance you could ever need. The gardener is a marvel at making the grounds look like a botanical garden, and the two housekeepers are good cooks as well skilled care-takers of the rooms. Its a wonderful place, and we were lucky to savor 10 great days there.PS. in these COVID times, Lori was fantastic at helping us arrange testing and made all of it simple: it took an hour out of our visit, thanks to her making all the arrangements.
