About this cottage rental
Fantastic beach location in the middle of a nature reserve. 70 meters from the white sandy beach is this exclusive little cottage with three bedrooms, living room with well equipped kitchen, two toilets, shower, porch, laundry room, storage room. You can walk directly onto the secluded terraces.
You have a private road to the cottage with a boom. You go straight to nature (see pictures) Biking and hiking trails pass a few hundred meters from the cottage. You can borrow bicycles for free. Internet Wi-Fi is included and also my website with attractions, excursions, scenic places, entertainment, restaurants, and much more.
You have 7 km to Degeberga golf course and several others in the immediate area. Bathing you can do in the sea at the cottage or temporarily bath a few km away where you can also swim in the winter
Self-catering.
3 bedrooms (1st with double bed, 2nd with single bed)
Electricity is charged extra and will be added to the rental amount (300 SEK / week) during low and mid season

Wunderschönes Häuschen, unheimlich schöne Gegend, sehr ruhig und erholsam.

Das Häuschen liegt, wie beschrieben, nahe bei der wunderschönen Küste in Südschweden. Es war alles wunderbar, gut ausgestattet, Vermieter super nett. Ein Wermutstropfen, was schon einige bemängelt haben: die Endreinigung miss man selbst machen. Bettwäsche u Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden und unsere normalen deutschen Bettbezüge sind zu klein für das vorhandene Bettzeug. Sonst ganz wunderschön und ruhig! Radwege in der Nähe.

Hervorragend um zur Ruhe zu kommen.Mit Liebe eingerichtet.Das Vermieterpaar war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem, gerne wieder.

Fin lille stuga med alt, hvad man skal bruge. Ligger i et sommerhusområde med andre huse på god afstand.
Stugan er et annneks til bygget ved gavlen af ejerens eget sommerhus, dette ses ikke på billederne. Ellers er alt som beskrevet.
Vi havde aftalt slutrengøring med ejeren, det kunne pludselig ikke lade sig gøre alligevel, så vi måtte selv gøre rent.
Pas på elforbruget: Vi havde kun varme på radiatoren i badeværelset, sparede på vandet og tog kun bad 2 gange! Alligevel blev regningen på 400 SEK for en uge. Vi fik dog en rimelig aftale med ejeren.
