Avoid the crowds, the congestion, fighting for parking, and riding the elevator at all those overcrowded and overpriced condos!
Located in the heart of Orange Beach, YellowFin has all the charm and peaceful serenity of the beach you are looking for in a home remodeled in 2025. In this open floor plan, you'll have a fully custom kitchen with industrial sink, an oversized fridge and freezer with ice maker, and all the premium cookware, utensils, and appliances that would dazzle any gourmet foodie, a dining room, great room with a 65” QLED smart TV, rocket fast fiberoptic internet, and three decks to grill out (charcoal grill), entertain, or simply enjoy this tropical setting surrounded by palm trees. Make it your own Margaritaville!
The master suite, located on the main level, has a 32" smart TV, and is attached to a laundry room with washer & dryer and a luxurious bathroom with a shower, garden tub, and twin vanity. The master suite opens up to its own, private deck and seating overlooking the back lawn.
The second bedroom with a queen bed, has a 32" smart TV, and is located on the second floor looking out over its own sundeck. A second full bathroom is located between the second and third bedrooms. The third bedroom has a 32" Smart TV and has two sets of twin bunkbeds (4 beds).
There is an outdoor shower for washing sandy toes, and a wash down station for fishing rods and equipment. Room for 3 cars under the house and 4 more in the driveway!
Within two residential blocks of our house, you'll have access to 4 clean and quiet bayfront parks and beaches. Bring your boat with you! You can use our private, gated boat launch and marina (with use of our boat slip--30' max length--available upon request at no additional charge) that empties into Bay La Launch (the ICW), just steps from our house. Just two blocks in the other direction, you'll have use of an olympic & children's pool (heated in winter) with diving board and water slide, a total fitness center, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, gym with basketball courts, and game room, all for a nominal day-pass fee of $10 per day paid to the facility if/when used. If the pool is all you want, a discount pass for multiple visits is also available at the aquatics center.
*No booking will be accepted that is inconsistent with the requirements of the City of Orange Beach's Vacation Rentals Ordinance.

We spent a full month at YellowFin to escape winter. It was our second time staying there. The house is spacious, very comfortable and well furnished. We both work remotely and the wifi worked great for us. We brought our dog, so the large yard to walk her around in was really nice. The house is in an established neighborhood and close to all our favorite restaurants in Orange Beach. It’s walking distance to the beautiful bay. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at YellowFin. We’ve been traveling to OBA multiple times a year for the last 22 years, and I can honestly say that this was the “homiest” rental yet. The kitchen is well stocked with great quality cookware/dinnerware. The neighborhood is quiet (great for after dinner walks) the neighbors are so kind and the location is wonderful. Tucked away enough to be out of the chaos but close enough to shopppng, eating or beaching within 5-10 mins. If you’re traveling with pets, there’s the cutest dog park a block or 2 from the house. Would highly recommend and plan to keep this one on our list of favorites for future trips.

Easy check in. Very nice owner that was responsive to all questions and changes to the booking. So nice to have a place that is pet friendly! Would definitely book again.

We wanted to come in earlier than our dates that we had booked because of the possibility of Ian. The host Matt made a special effort to get this done for us. Would recommend this rental to anyone that looks at the listing, and if you’re taking a boat down the neighborhood boat ramp and slip are really convenient!!
