The Landmark Resort is Located on 40 wooded acres atop a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. This is a first floor unit in the Flagship Building with a tranquil wood-view and is located adjacent to an entrance from a parking lot. It is fully equipped with: a full kitchen, Roku Smart TV, Faux Fireplace - Heater, appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, silver and serving dishes etc. It's is a few steps away from the outdoor pool, deck, Awsome Firepit!, and a beautiful view of Green Bay during the day or at the time of sunset. * This condo is also the 2nd closest unit (in the entire resort) to the Firepit and "Carrington"! There is a whirlpool inside this building overlooking a deck with a majestic view of the water. The property also has an indoor pool, in the main building, and (3) outdoor pools!

The room was comfortable. The neighbors were noisy until 11pm. The countertop by the coffee maker wasn't clean. View is of the ground level woods and then parking. There was a lingering smell of smoke. We enjoyed our stay regardless.

Perfect spot to explore DCW. Very quiet and clean. Brian was great addressing some cigarette odor on check in. Staff brought machine that fixed odor within hours. Stayed late Oct with great fall colors and weather good for hikes. Enjoyed the sauna in first floor.

The room had everything we needed. However, I would rate it as average. The rooms were pretty dusty, lots of cob webs. It could use a deep clean and a bit of an upgrade with the furnishings. They too are just a little tired and worn. It wasn’t terrible by any means, just average. We had some snags checking in as the desk didn’t have us in the system. We left and grabbed a bite at Carringtons until things got ironed out which was fine. The location is excellent. Easy in and out and close proximity to a lot of things which is a plus.
